Which iPhones can run Property Edge?
Any iPhone with the LiDAR Scanner — that's the iPhone 12 Pro / Pro Max and every Pro/Pro Max since (12 Pro through 17 Pro Max). iPhone Air, standard iPhone, and SE models don't have LiDAR. The app needs iOS 17 or later.
How accurate are the estimates?
We use the M3NHF Schedule of Rates — the same pricing dataset used by UK Housing Associations and Local Authorities — adjusted for your postcode. Every estimate shows a low/high range with VAT separate. Treat the number as indicative; for a binding quote, use Send to Property Edge in the app.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Property Edge → Cancel Subscription. Your Premium features stay active until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Privacy & data → Delete my account. We delete your data within 30 days. Some records (e.g. enquiry history, payment records held by Apple) are kept for the legally-required retention period.
I haven't received my magic-link email.
Check your spam folder. The email comes from a Supabase address. If it still hasn't arrived after 5 minutes, request a new one in the app — old links expire when a new one is sent.
The scan isn't picking up the wall I'm pointing at.
Hold the phone steady, perpendicular to the wall, about 1–2 metres away. Make sure the room is reasonably well lit. RoomPlan needs visible texture or edges to lock on — completely plain white walls in dim light can be tricky. Try moving the phone slowly side to side.
